- Road Bike: Designed to go on the flat paved road, smaller tires, go faster so the rider can lean toward the front. You can choose to this type of vehicles to move on the road with long distance and high-speed needs. Most of the frame of the Road Bike is designed slender, and will not endure too long with heavy loads on bumpy roads.
- Mountain Bike: a form-terrain vehicle, a big-size tire, is designed with suspension system to battle on rugged roads. This bike’s speed is less than Road bike, and the posture is also less comfortable than Road bike. When riding a Mountain Bike (MTB), you will have to sit higher than the straight designed handlebar.
- Hybrid Bike: is a combination of mountain bike and road bike. If the majority of the distance you traveled by bike are short and flat roads, the hybrid bike is an excellent option. With slim frame design, the hybrid bike is able to go faster than the mountain bike, with more comfortable sitting posture than the Road Bike. The Hybrid Bike is the most suitable bike for going at high speed in the city with reliable and comfortable feelings.
The Correct Cycling Posture
After you bought a bike, you should know more about the regulations to adjust the height of the saddle and cycle posture accordingly.
The first to learn is about the saddle. The user can adjust it according to your desire but keep it to bring the comfortable feeling for you. When sitting in the saddle, it is the best if you can feel like sitting in a stable flat plane.
One of very important part of the bike saddle is its tilt angle. It will help you to have a comfortable posture of sitting . If it is too much forward, you will feel like you are slipping of the bike. If it is too much backward, your cycling force will be lost. Most of people believe that the best saddle height is when they are able to remain seated on the saddle with the foot reached the ground. This is not the right thought.
